First of all, I am not usually one to write these. But i wanted to share my experience as it is quite frustrating for me. I Called up to ask the shop manager about a question this morning, was greeted with a very rude and unprofessional response. Ever since he has taken over, the shop has been hard to deal with. I have always had good luck with the work done by the techs, but the leader is lacking. He did not seem to have the time of day to put forth any effort to help me. Thankfully, Julie over at the Wentzville store went above and beyond to point me in the right direction.
